Bi-County Operations provides the institutional base on which the agency operates and serves the citizens of the bi-county region.

Bi-County Operations serves as the foundation for almost every transaction performed by the M-NCPPC affecting both internal and external customers.

From payroll to credit card transactions at community centers, it is Bi-County Operations’ responsibility to ensure the agency’s business is carried out in an efficient and effective fashion.
