Yes, currently all reservations are being made online. All rentals require customers to have a PARKS DIRECT account and age verification (You must be at least 21 yrs old to rent) To receive the resident rate, you must also provide verification of residency.
If you are not verified at the time you make your reservation, you will be charged and need to pay the non-resident rate. Once you are verified, a refund for the difference will be processed and sent to you. Verification must be made by the date of your rental in order to be eligible for a refund.
We encourage all customers to view our buildings before making a reservation to ensure they are the right fit for their event. Park building viewings are only allowed Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am-8:00 pm by appointment only to Parks Direct Accountholders.
Appointments are made for a one-hour time slot and must be requested via the Viewing Request Online Submission Form.
The park buildings are now keyless. Once your security deposit is paid, you will receive an access code along with instructions the week of your event.
For a deposit paid by credit card, the deposit refund will be returned to the credit card account within 7-10 days if a six-month window has passed and the card number is no longer available due to credit card compliance standards (in which case a check will be issued to the account main contact).
You are welcome to enter at the earliest contracted time on your permit. Entering the building outside of contract hours or staying past contract hours will result in security deposit forfeiture.
Approximately 10 tables (tables are rectangular, 6 feet by 2.5 feet) and 50 folding chairs are stored at all of our park buildings.
Unfortunately, alcohol is not allowed at any of our park building locations or park areas. Exceptions include:
- Cosca areas 1-4 *
- Cosca Group Pavilion*
- Watkins Park Picnic Pavilions 0-4*
*Watkins and Cosca: Only Keg Beer allowed.
