On May 4, 2017, the Prince George’s County Planning Board granted permission to print the Preliminary East Riverdale-Beacon Heights Sector Plan for public review and approval, and to transmit the public facilities report to the County Executive and District Council for their review and identification of any public facilities inconsistencies.
The Prince George’s County Planning Board and The Prince George’s County Council will hold a Joint Public Hearing on the Preliminary East Riverdale-Beacon Heights Sector Plan on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.
Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. for participants to view exhibits. Planning staff will be available to answer questions.
