Arts on a Roll is a mobile, on-demand arts service that can be booked for events and recurring workshops. Examples of events include: festivals, community days, birthday parties, after school programs, paint & sips, summer camps, etc. Currently the program is looking for staff of all levels (entry-level and seasoned teaching artists) to work with our summer programs. Weekday hours available from 9 am to 5 pm and evening hour programs from 6 pm to 11 pm. Weekend hours also available. Arts on a Roll is a program of the Maryland- National Capital Park and Planning Commission, Department of Parks and Recreation, in Prince Georges County, MD.
Education:
- At least one year of experience in your artistic field at a professional level. Teaching experience is always preferred but the program is open to college age students and young artists looking to gain more experience in arts education. -Strong customer service skills - A valid driver's license -Background check required
