This event will be a Progressive Dinner - each course will be served with a different coping theme to instill in participants the importance of embracing their mental health. The goal of the event is to create a progressive forum and provide a creative space for brainstorming on healthy emotional management. Participants will be led in interactive discussions/ activities addressing mental health challenges/ triggers in their own communities.
