Fitness in the Parks is a FREE program that brings a variety of fitness opportunities to parks and natural areas across Prince George’s County, MD! We invite you to find the class that best suits your fitness goals and to come discover the benefits of exercising in nature.

Ages 13 & up. Registration is required via PARKS DIRECT. No classes on holidays.
