Overview
The Commission has implemented a Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) hotline. The hotline or web reporting system is a confidential and anonymous solution for reporting illegal and unethical activities.
It can be accessed toll-free at 1-800-363-5524 or online http://www.reportlineweb.com/mncppc.
To uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and to advance the Commission’s mission while also complying with applicable laws, regulations and policies. The M-NCPPC Hotline provides a mechanism for members of the Commission community (as well as those outside) to raise concerns in confidence.
What Should be Reported
- Activities or conduct that you believe violate a state or federal law or Commission policy should be reported. This includes violations of ethics policy, financial reporting and other compliance violations of any kind.
What Should Not be Reported
The Hotline service is not expected to receive concerns for which the Commission does not have responsibility or that are:
- Emergencies
- Employment concerns such as performance evaluations and merit raises
- Related to grievances filed by employees for which institutional policies and procedures exist.
