Ridgeley School is open to the public by appointment only. Appointments for individual and group tours may be made for Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the fourth Sunday of each month from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The museum is closed for major holidays.

Tour Hours (by Appointment Only)

  • Wednesdays: 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
  • 4th Sunday of month: 2 to 4 p.m.

The museum is also available for meetings; please call 240-264-3415 to schedule. The facility is operated in partnership with the Prince George's County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

Location / Directions

From the Capital Beltway (I-95 per 495), take exit 15B to merge onto MD-214 W Central Avenue. Turn left onto Ritchie Road. Continue 1 per 4 of a mile and turn left onto Truck Way. At the second driveway turn left into Ridgeley School.
