Mr. Adams co-chairs Saul Ewing's Regulatory, Compliance and Government service group and focuses his practice on representing clients before all branches of state and local government, including various administrative agencies. Prior to his work at Saul Ewing, Mr. Adams served as Chief of Staff for former Lt. Governor of Maryland, Anthony Brown, where he championed issues such as health care, higher education, victims of domestic violence and veterans affairs.
