Stranger in the Alps is a folk rock and roll band based in Washington, DC 
After the release of its 2015 album, Pattern Matching, the band was named "Best Folk Troubabor" by Washington City Paper. Stranger in the Alps' next album, The Days Are Over Sooner, will be released later this year.
