Apple Scrapple Festival
Saturday, October 12, 2019
The rest of the day is filled with carnival attractions you can explore on your own: Scrapple chunkin’, Scrapple carving, live entertainment, car show, trade show, two craft shows, and any kind of food that you can imagine including apple fritters, Scrapple sandwiches, oyster sandwiches, hamburgers and hot dogs, barbecue beef sandwiches, ice cream and much more.
Each patron will also receive one ticket to the chili luncheon at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church on North William Street. The lunch will consist of homemade chili, chicken salad sandwiches, rolls, and beverages. The ladies of the church host a bake sale from 10 am to 3 pm, and you can also check out their quilt display. Bring bags should you wish to take home goodies from the festival.
