Yoga in the Parks

Join us for free yoga classes in the beautiful outdoors. Learn basic moves to strengthen your body, increase flexibility and free your mind. Classes run Memorial Day through Labor Day at M-NCPPC sites throughout Prince George's County. Feel free to grab your yoga mat or towel and water bottle. The classes are open to ages 13 and up; no registration required. Namaste!
